 alysing and interpreting quantitative proteomics data. Lectures on LC-MS/M

 gle-cell proteomics lead into extended software practicals with FragPipe\,
  DIA-NN and MSStats\, plus a look at AI in mass spectrometry. It suits wet
 -lab proteomics researchers wanting bioinformatics skills and those with b
