About this event
Researchers new to omics integration can spend a week at EMBL Heidelberg learning to analyse transcriptome and proteome data side by side. The course mixes theory with hands-on computational work on annotation, quantification and statistical analysis of sequencing and proteomics data, finishing with integration in Cytoscape. It is organised by scientists from EMBL, the German Cancer Research Centre, VIB and the Universities of Turin and Ghent.
