About this event

A free one-hour webinar from EMBL-EBI that uses influenza haemagglutinin as a worked example of finding protein data for infection research. Speakers from the institute walk through UniProt, EMDB, PDBe and the AlphaFold database, showing how to retrieve sequences, cryo-EM maps and experimental or predicted structures. It suits students and researchers in structural biology or bioinformatics, and some familiarity with protein data formats helps.
