About this event
In this one-hour webinar, EMBL-EBI's Tatiana Gurbich explains how MGnify builds biome-specific catalogues of metagenome-assembled genomes. You will see how to browse genome taxonomy and annotations, compare your own genome with the catalogue, use Branchwater to link sequences to public metagenomes, and submit data to ENA through nf-core/seqsubmit. It suits anyone interested in microbial ecology or genome-resolved metagenomics, needs no special bioinformatics background, and is recorded for later viewing.
