About this event

EMBL is marking the life and work of Peer Bork with a four-day symposium in Heidelberg, with a virtual option for those who cannot travel. Sessions cover protein biology, molecular evolution, systems biology, the human microbiome, planetary biology and the future of predictive biology. Confirmed speakers include Janet Thornton, David Baker and Debora Marks, alongside short talks from abstracts, flash talks and on-site posters. Fees are deliberately low, and travel and childcare grants are available.
