How do molecules look and behave inside intact cells and tissues? This EMBO Workshop at EMBL Heidelberg brings cryo-electron and fluorescence microscopy together with computational modelling, moving from molecular assemblies to whole cells and cell interactions. Keynotes come from Edward Marcotte and Gaia Pigino, with invited speakers including Stefan Hell and Paola Picotti. Poster sessions, meet-the-speaker breaks and social events fill the gaps, and remote attendance is available.
