About this event
A six-hour online course from EMBL-EBI that follows a single example from a VCF file to the effect of a variant on protein structure and function. Hands-on exercises use Ensembl VEP, UniProt, PDBe-KB and the AlphaFold database. It is designed for wet-lab scientists and bioinformaticians, and the course is currently full, with a waiting list open.
