About this event
A five-day in-person course at EMBL-EBI near Cambridge for biologists starting multi-omics projects and early-stage bioinformaticians. Trainers cover factor-based integration with MOFA, network and pathway analysis, ID mapping and Cytoscape, COSMOS and OmniPath, and good practice in curation and quality control. Much of the week goes into a team project on a research challenge set by the trainers, presented on the final day, with poster sessions along the way. Basic Unix and Python or R are expected.
