In this free EMBL-EBI webinar, part of a series on metagenomics data in MGnify, you learn what raw reads can tell you about a microbial community without assembly. It explains the taxonomic and functional profiles MGnify provides and how to reach them through the website, the API and the MGnipy Python client. Basic sequencing knowledge is enough, and no coding is needed for the website demonstrations.
