About this event
A five-day hands-on course in microbiome data science using R and Bioconductor, run by Monash University Malaysia with ICGEB support. Practical sessions move from data wrangling, quality control and decontamination through taxonomic annotation, diversity, differential abundance and machine learning. It is aimed at researchers, educators and postgraduates with some R experience and basic metagenomics, and it closes with an Asia-Pacific Microbiome Researchers' Forum, a poster session and time to build regional collaborations.
