About this event
A week-long online course from EMBL-EBI for wet-lab researchers who generate or work with single-cell RNA-seq data and want to analyse it themselves in Python. Trainers walk through experimental design, quality control, normalisation, batch correction, clustering, annotation and differential expression, with a look at scATAC-seq and the Single Cell Expression Atlas. Exercises and a group project fill the final days. Basic command-line and Python skills are expected, and computing infrastructure is provided.
