Running alongside the innate immunity meeting in Banff, this Keystone symposium follows T cells from basic biology to therapy. Sessions cover differentiation and molecular programming, the functional diversity of CD4+, CD8+, gamma delta and unconventional T cells, spatial cues and new ways to engineer T cells, with joint sessions on how innate pathways steer T cell behaviour. Abstracts are open for short talks and posters, and trainees can meet senior scientists at a Career Roundtable.
