About this event
Run by UM6P, ICTP, IFOM and ICGEB in Ben Guerir, this two-week school joins theoretical lectures with experimental projects in which small groups formalise a biological problem with mathematical theory. Themes include gene regulatory networks and synthetic biology, population dynamics and evolution, collective behaviour and active matter, and cell mechanics. It is aimed mainly at PhD students, and ICGEB supports selected participants from member states with accommodation, meals and lab consumables.
