About this event

A six-day EMBO-funded practical course at EMBL Heidelberg on analysing and interpreting quantitative proteomics data. Lectures on LC-MS/MS, identification, labelled and label-free quantification, PTMs and single-cell proteomics lead into extended software practicals with FragPipe, DIA-NN and MSStats, plus a look at AI in mass spectrometry. It suits wet-lab proteomics researchers wanting bioinformatics skills and those with basic knowledge going deeper. Places are limited to 24, chosen by motivation letter, and the week ends with group research presentations.
